Print the code on table cards or signage. Guests scan, record a 30-second message, done — no app downloads, no accounts, nothing to install.
How it works
Step 1
We give you a print-ready PDF in two sizes — one for table cards, one for signage. Drop it into your existing stationery or stick it on a chalkboard.
Step 2
Every phone built in the last decade can scan a QR code from the camera app. No special scanner, no app download, no account.
Step 3
A simple page with one big record button. They get up to 30 seconds, see a quick prompt for inspiration, and tap stop when they're done.
Step 4
Within seconds the video is in your private dashboard. The morning after the wedding it's part of your montage and your time capsule.
Placement
The most reliable placement. Guests are already sitting there, phone in hand, between courses. A 4×4 cm code is the sweet spot — small enough to look elegant, big enough to scan from across the table.
Print it large at the entrance with one short sentence: "Leave us a video message." That sets the tone before anyone's had a drink and gives shy guests a chance to do it before the room fills up.
Tucked next to the running order. Guests look at the program two or three times during the ceremony and reception — every look is another chance to remember to record.
A small "video booth" setup — a chair, decent lighting, a sign with the code. This produces the best-looking clips because guests step away from the noise, and friends end up doing it together.
Unconventional, but the bathroom is where introverts get a quiet moment. A small framed code there picks up the guests who'd never record in front of a crowd.
What's included
Guests scan the code on the table and choose how they want to share. Everything lands in your private album.
Photo uploads
Guests add the photos they've already taken, straight from their camera roll. Full resolution, in one private album instead of fifteen group chats.
Disposable camera
Guests snap photos with warm grain and a date stamp, right in their browser. No lab, no waiting. Print them as a film-roll album.
Video guestbook
Guests record up to 30 seconds, with a gentle prompt so nobody freezes. One tap to start, one tap to send.
Written guestbook
Guests pick a card, like “Give them some advice” or “Predict the future”, and write you a note. Notes never count toward your free uploads.

Common questions
No. The QR code opens a webpage with a record button. Any phone with a camera can use it — Android, iPhone, even older models. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
Every phone with a camera made in the last decade reads QR codes natively from the camera app. A banner pops up, the guest taps it, and the recording page opens in their browser.
A 4×4 cm code on a table card scans cleanly from arm's reach. For signage at the entrance, 8–10 cm gives you a comfortable two-meter scan distance. We export print-ready PDFs at the right sizes for both.
Yes. The QR code points to your wedding page, not to a specific message. You can update the welcome text, swap prompts, or toggle photo uploads any time — the printed code keeps working.
You decide. Most couples leave the page open for a few weeks so anyone who missed the day or wants to add a follow-up message can. You can also close it on a date you set.
